Job Responsibilities:

Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical services for the company's automation equipment, drilling and tapping machines, and non-standard equipment, including equipment installation, commissioning, training, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Communicate with customers nationwide, respond to various issues during equipment use, provide remote guidance or on-site repairs, quickly resolve common mechanical and electrical faults, and ensure normal equipment operation.
Conduct customer training after equipment delivery, guiding customer operators on equipment operation, daily maintenance, care, and simple fault handling methods.
Record after-sales maintenance and service logs, organize equipment fault issues and rectification plans, regularly summarize after-sales data, and provide feedback to the R&D department to optimize equipment performance.
Verify, replace, and maintain equipment spare parts, organize after-sales consumables and parts requirements, and ensure after-sales operation and maintenance efficiency.
Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on customer visits, maintain customer relationships, answer technical questions, and identify customer repurchase and upgrade needs.
Assist in equipment factory commissioning, refurbishment, and technical improvement tasks, and complete various after-sales technical tasks assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

Familiar with the basic structure and electrical principles of automation equipment, able to read basic mechanical and electrical drawings, and independently troubleshoot common mechanical and electrical faults.
Experience with drilling and tapping equipment, non-standard automation equipment operation and maintenance preferred; familiarity with servo, sensor, pneumatic, and electronic control system debugging and repair preferred;
Willing to accept short-term business trips, follow work arrangements, with strong on-site problem-solving skills and adaptability;
Clear communication, strong service awareness, patient and responsible, good at interfacing with clients and maintaining brand reputation;
Experience in mechanical equipment after-sales, equipment debugging, and operation and maintenance preferred; outstanding fresh graduates in mechanical and electrical related majors are acceptable;
Hardworking, strong sense of responsibility, with good teamwork skills and execution ability.
