Job Responsibilities:

Design the electrical control system scheme, draw circuit diagrams, write and debug PLC programs for the company's automation equipment, drilling and tapping machines, and non-standard automation equipment.
Based on customer equipment process requirements, complete electrical scheme planning, component selection, program writing, touch screen interface creation, and debugging.
Guide the wiring of the equipment electrical control cabinet, perform overall machine electrical installation and debugging, conduct on-site testing, and resolve electrical faults and program issues during equipment operation.
Collaborate with the mechanical structure to optimize the automation control logic of the equipment, improving operational stability, precision, and efficiency.
Compile the complete set of electrical technical documents, including the electrical BOM list, circuit diagrams, programs, and operation manuals, and ensure proper technical archiving.
Coordinate with sales to address customer electrical technical requirements, provide technical proposals and answers, and offer after-sales electrical technical support after equipment delivery.
Optimize the electrical control programs of existing equipment, identify potential hazards, iteratively upgrade automation control programs, and reduce equipment failure rates.

Job Requirements:

Familiar with the electrical control principles of automation equipment, proficient in using CAD/EPLAN to draw electrical diagrams, and skilled in programming mainstream PLCs such as Mitsubishi and Siemens.
Familiar with selection and debugging of common electrical components such as servo motors, stepper motors, cylinders, sensors, and inverters; knowledge of touchscreens and communication configuration preferred.
Experience in electrical debugging of non-standard automation equipment, drilling power heads, and automated fixture equipment preferred; background in mechatronics or related field preferred.
Ability to independently complete electrical scheme design, programming, and whole-machine debugging; capable of independently troubleshooting electrical faults and optimizing control programs.
Detail-oriented, logical, with good stress tolerance and strong teamwork and communication skills.
