Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseas sales of the company's automation equipment, servo power heads, drilling and tapping machines, etc., with a focus on developing the Vietnamese and Southeast Asian overseas markets;
Operate and maintain overseas social platforms such as Facebook, publish product materials and promotional content, identify overseas targeted customer inquiries, and connect with overseas purchasing clients;
Handle full-process overseas customer inquiries, needs communication, product quotations, business negotiations, and order follow-ups, maintaining customer cooperation relationships;
Follow up on order production, shipment, customs clearance, and logistics coordination, controlling the order delivery process to ensure smooth order fulfillment;
Organize overseas customer data, sales data, and business records, review market development effectiveness, and optimize overseas customer acquisition strategies;
Collaborate with operations and technical teams to compile overseas product promotional materials, English product documentation, and case files, improving the overseas promotion system;
Maintain existing overseas customers, follow up on repeat purchases and referrals, continuously expand overseas channel resources, and build a stable overseas sales system.
Job Requirements:
Familiar with basic foreign trade processes, possess basic English reading, writing, and communication skills, able to effectively connect with overseas clients; industry experience is not required.
Experience with Facebook overseas platform operations, social media outreach, and B2B foreign trade customer acquisition preferred; experience in machinery equipment and industrial products foreign trade preferred.
Strong learning ability to quickly familiarize with company automation equipment, power head product parameters, and industry knowledge.
Fluent communication, strong sense of responsibility, good stress tolerance, and ability to independently develop overseas customers and follow up orders.
Meticulous and reliable, with a long-term commitment to the foreign trade industry, able to stably follow up overseas customers and order business.
Pure office position, no overseas assignments or business trips required, focusing on online overseas customer development and maintenance.
