1. Project Overview
YSA Motor Company and robot manufacturers use standard 6-axis robots through system integration to turn robots into milling machine tools.
This project uses YSA air-cooled grinding motor 3.7KW 12000 rpm HM series products for milling flat surfaces on acrylic glass materials, achieving a mirror finish.
The robot milling system combines industrial robots with CAM-specific CNC systems. This includes milling materials such as acrylic, soft metals, foam, wood, PVC, etc. With 6-axis linkage in processing, it effectively reduces machining space and greatly minimizes processing steps, significantly lowering labor costs while greatly improving product machining accuracy and reducing tolerance errors from multiple steps.

4. Integrated Design
1. Based on milling requirements, design the robot's auxiliary equipment into an automated system, build a new controller, and complete the entire workpiece milling process.
2. System design for each milling process according to customer needs, including material handling, workpiece loading/unloading, and subsequent processes such as assembly, polishing, deburring, cleaning, and inspection.
3. Solution design, jointly evaluated and optimized by both parties, and finally implemented on-site by the integrator designated by YSA Yisa Motors and the robot manufacturer, delivered after acceptance inspection. And provide various after-sales technical support.
