Also known as a micro reduction motor, the saw blade motor provides speed reduction and torque increase functions, making it widely used in speed and torque conversion equipment.
The saw blade motor consists of multiple gear pairs. For example, a small gear driving a large gear achieves a certain speed reduction, and using multiple stages of such structures can significantly lower the speed. In summary, the working principle of the saw blade motor is to use gear transmission at various stages to achieve speed reduction. It is typically used in low-speed, high-torque transmission equipment, where the motor, internal combustion engine, or other high-speed power source is connected to a small gear on the input shaft that meshes with a large gear on the output shaft to achieve speed reduction. General reduction motors also use several pairs of gears with the same principle to achieve the desired reduction effect.
The transmission of a saw blade motor is a high-precision, high-efficiency process.
