1. Clamping spindle motor (suitable for drilling/grooving/grinding/polishing etc.)

3. After the installation is completed, you need to check the runout of the root of the tool <0.01MM. If it is out of tolerance, you need to loosen and tighten it repeatedly and adjust the contact surface of the tool handle to correct it. Do not hit it randomly. If it is beyond the range, check all parts Problems such as coordination or rack foundation, etc., should be used after processing.

2. High-speed cutting motor (suitable for clip saw blade cutting/grinding wheel grinding and polishing/profile cutting, etc.)

1. Make sure that the front and rear end covers of the clamping saw blade are pressed flat without gaps, and the bonding surface is clean and free of impurities. The purpose of this is to make the high-speed cutting motor balanced and stable during high-speed rotation, and to avoid vibration caused by excessive centrifugal force.

2. When the profile is cut and polished, the shaft end of the motor bears a large longitudinal force. It is necessary to determine the appropriate feed speed to avoid excessive feed, crush the end bearing, and reduce the service life.

 

3. Reasonably formulate overload protection rules, and reasonably set the overload time and overload ratio of the inverter, which can greatly reduce the risk of burn-in.

Maintenance: Under normal use, it usually runs for about one year. The spindle motor should be disassembled, washed and reassembled for use, which can ensure the bearing accuracy and prolong the service life. In order to ensure that the spindle motor can work normally and well, its disassembly and assembly must be carried out by experienced professional operators in a clean environment and with appropriate tools, and random knocking is strictly prohibited.

 

For the temporarily unused electric spindle, use compressed air to blow out the remaining water in the water chamber. The sleeve and shaft head shaft hole should be oiled to prevent rust and placed in a cool and dry place.
