1. Project Introduction

YSA (Isa) Motor Company and robot manufacturers use a standard 6-axis robot through system integration to make the robot a milling machine tool.

The project adopts YSA air coolinggrinding motor3.7KW12000 RPM series products are required to achieve mirror effect for milling plane processing of acrylic glass material.

The robotic milling machining system combines industrial robots with CAM's dedicated CNC system. This includes milling materials, which can include milling of acrylic, soft metal, foam, wood, PVC and other materials. The processing technology can be linked with 6 axes, which can effectively reduce the processing space and greatly reduce the processing process. It greatly reduces the labor cost of each link, and at the same time greatly improves the processing accuracy of the product and reduces the tolerance error existing in the increase of links.

4. Integrated design

1. According to the milling processing requirements, the robot accessory equipment is designed for the automation system, and a new controller is built to complete the whole process of workpiece milling processing.

2. According to the needs of customers, systematic design of each process of milling, including material handling, workpiece loading and unloading and subsequent assembly, polishing, deburring, cleaning, testing and other systematic processes.

3. The scheme design shall be evaluated and optimized jointly by both parties. Finally, YSA Motor and the integrator designated by the robot manufacturer shall cooperate with the integrator for on-site construction, and deliver it after the acceptance. And submit after-sales technical support.
